Clayton Souza, a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Industrials Practice, is based in the São Paulo office. Clayton has significant experience serving diverse industrial segments, including building and construction, water and sanitation, waste management, energy and infrastructure. He has advised clients on a range of critical issues, such as strategic planning, organic and inorganic growth strategy, international expansion, portfolio diversification, sustainability, organization and digital strategy.
 
Before joining L.E.K., Clayton worked for Strategy&, part of the PwC network, and Itaú Unibanco, the largest private financial conglomerate in Latin America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, a postgraduate certificate in corporate and private banking from FIA in Brazil and an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
