Work - Life Initiatives at L.E.K. Consulting

L.E.K. supports the "work hard, play hard" mentality. L.E.K. encourages employees to take advantage of several initiatives that are meant to be customized for a staff with very different scheduling needs. From taking the time to do your work and then recharging, doing your own extracurricular activities, to keeping your weekends free for friends and family, L.E.K. makes sure that its staff is well-rounded and has ample time outside of the office. In this video, learn about some of the activities and initiatives created surrounding a healthy work-life balance. More opportunities surrounding work-life balance are discussed in a follow-up video.
