We're Hiring! Why You Should Apply at L.E.K. Consulting

We are delighted to be back on campus this fall, and we are excited to meet the next class of potential L.E.K. employees! Throughout September and October, we will be hosting info sessions, coffee chats and case workshops, and attending career fairs, consulting nights and conferences at many of our network schools around the U.S. Please check out our website to see if we will be on your school campus this fall!

Some of our network school resume deadlines are rapidly approaching and are posted on the school websites as well as L.E.K.'s website. The general deadline for students who are not at our network schools varies depending on the role and location:

October 2nd:
Life Sciences Specialist (Ph.D.s) in Boston, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco

October 19th:
Associate (undergraduates) in Boston and New York
Consultant (MBAs) in Boston and New York

October 24th:
Associate (undergraduates) in Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco
Consultant (MBAs) in Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco

We are looking for smart, intellectually curious, intrepid leaders who want to learn from the best and brightest in the business. Our interview process is stringent, and for good reason. Our case interviews draw from our real life work experiences at the firm. The way you drive to an answer shows us what type of associate or consultant you will be when you arrive here. We will test your quantitative abilities as well as your business logic. You will meet with 2-5 L.E.K.-ers in the interview process, all of whom will be assessing your abilities across these areas, and thinking about if they would want you on their case team.

If you think a career in consulting may be right for you, apply today: http://www.lek.com/join-lek/how-to-apply/apply-now We look forward to meeting you.

I'd like to finish my post with a message from Peter McKelvey, president of L.E.K. Americas, who will tell you a few of the reasons why you should look into a career with L.E.K. Consulting.

Hello, I am an early career PhD with 8 years of research experience and want to explore strategic consulting as a career transition. I am currently working as a research scientist at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. I saw from your website that you will be hosting company presentations at the Northwestern Campus on Oct 9 and am wondering if it is open only to NW graduates. If not, can I attend this? Unfortunately I am unable to make it to any of the other events due to prior engagements. I am eager to explore the exciting opportunities that L.E.K. offers
Thank you for your inquiry. It should be fine for you to attend the Northwestern info session even though you aren't an active member of the campus community. The one thing you need to be aware of is the resume deadline and interview dates that are mentioned during the info session only apply to current Northwestern University students. You can apply through our employment portal for other listed positions here: http://www.lek.com/join-lek/how-to-apply/apply-now
