In the fall of 2007, I interviewed with L.E.K. Consulting for an associate position in the class of 2008. Five case interviews later, I got “the phone call” from Managing Director Thilo Henkes. Little did I know, this was not just going to be some job right out of college, but a place where I would be able to truly grow professionally and personally every day I came to work.
